- After the initial sketch and prototype, we got access from product database for all IP materials of the product which includes the content and the image
- Create a workflow for our team, distributed it to the web development, coding, web design, and digital marketing teams
- We then drafted the whole site as per our plan and initial prototyping. Loaded all the products, built a cart system, connected the payment system, customised all product images for the purpose of correct display of the website.
- After this, we started the integration and implementation of the inventory of the business which included loading all the products on the inventory system, integrated the sales order process, set up the payment system, and customised the existing customer database for future transactions
- After this, there was a testing phase where we tested all the products display, payment gateway, sales order, invoicing, and CRM
- We then collaborated with the business to work on a launching strategy part of that was to communicate with the list of business that existed within their current customer database
- Setting up a marketing channel on MailChimp
- We also prepared process documentation which included different stages of customer interactions and content for responses to any possible enquiries
- At this point, we created a workflow system through their email and CRM so that the customer service operators know what is expected of them once they have started receiving orders from the customers
- This will include, interactions and responses to enquiries, automated in a workflow starting from a phone call to completing the transaction
- Eventually we successfully launched the website and allowed Biotrade to commence their business operation

- Recording any complaints from the customers and a strict process looking to resolve the complaints. As well as a regular report for the complaints are also implemented

- Through these requests that our client posed, we got straight to it and sent it to our web development, coding, digital marketing and web design teams to get started on this
- Our expert team created a make a booking section that aligned with our clients’ email, which is very organised and clear for our client to understand and read when a booking has been made. Our client gets an immediate email regarding all the booking information, and the client that made a booking gets an immediate booking confirmation email, also with all the information regarding the booking information.

- Then we went over our prototype with the customer, who was pleased with it and provided us some feedback on a few minor changes to their website.
- We then edited what they needed and ran a website test run with all of the services to determine if the website had any flaws, which it did not.

- As this is a tutoring page, our client wants to prove that they are an effective tutoring service and they requested to add video reviews and written reviews on all their webpages
